       The bright annealing equipment is specially used for online heating of stainless steel pipes to 1050℃, and then placing under the protection of hydrogen to quickly cool down to below 100℃. An induction heating coil and a cooling system are built in the sealed pipeline. This system is mainly characterized in that hydrogen is not used repetitively, and the flow is very small, with only a few litres per minute. The gas used is pure hydrogen because only a small amount of hydrogen is required in gas pipeline and therefore is not dangerous. Meanwhile, the exhaust gas is burned, to prevent hydrogen from diffusing into the ambient air and thus avoid hazardous concentration accumulated in the surrounding space. The heated stainless steel pipe is cooled by way of “heat conduction” in a dedicated closed cooling tunnel, this is why the system requires only a small amount of gas for bright annealing compared to other systems. Protection of the gas control system and equipment is subject to automatic PLC control, so to ensure high reliability and safety.
