Generally, we are committed to change for the returned goods in case of any problems caused by our production, to ensure the interests of our customers. Return/Exchange Period: the returned goods should be handled within 7 days from date of receipt by the customer.

   Exceptions as follows:

   Any customer has placed a wrong order. (Our company will cooperate your company if we can sell out, in order to reduce the loss of your company.)

   Any customer has cut or machined the stainless steel plates.
